When you feel stuck about anything, do this

The next time you’re feeling stuck, searching for an answer, or trying to make a decision… know that you already know. You may second guess yourself or feel confused, but it’s there. You just need to get quiet and access it. 

Here’s how: 

  1. Sit quietly and ask your question.
  2. Set a timer for 5 minutes and practice the One Simple Breath
  3. Again, sit quietly and ask your question. Listen. And know the answer lies with in you. 
  4. Acknowledge the answer and take action. 

This is the practice of trusting your intuition, your inner guide/voice/knowing. Whether you follow the given answer or not, you have evidence that you can review and reflect on later. Use this information to determine how you will follow your inner guide the next time.
