Here's a 3 minute meditation, followed by 1 minute of soul journaling for you to practice on Winter Solstice (December 21). 

Embrace the meditative energy of Solstice and the winter season. It's a natural time for reflection, introspection, and meditation. Lean into the coziness as you grab your journal and sit down on your meditation cushion for this short, sweet practice.
