When someone purchases a membership through your link, you'll receive 18% of their paid fees for the life of their membership. Monthly memberships are paid out monthly. Annual memberships are paid out annually. 

When we open registration for a new product that is eligible for the Affiliate Program, we will email you with Share Links along with the commission rate on that course. 

These algorithms are so cool. They somehow trace the sale back to you. Cookies will remember you as the referral source for 30 days, so even if they close out of their browser and then decide to join our membership by going directly to our website, you'll get the credit. 

That said, if they click through another affiliate link after yours, that affiliate gets it. 

While algorithms do amazing things, they're also a bit of a mystery to us, particularly since we don't do the programming (our specialty is wellness). We're unable to do the detective work to trace the sources, so please understand that while we're on your side, we are limited in our administrative and forensic capacities. 

We are unable to link you as the affiliate after-the-fact, if at all, so please don't make this a habit of happening to you if you feel you should have received commissions on someone. 

The best approach is to build trust and rapport with your network so that they want to make sure they're giving you the credit.

1) Option to offer discount on first month of Membership

You have an option to offer a first month discount on Membership. There is a Share Link called Monthly Membership, which sends them directly to the promo shopping cart. Should you share this link, your network will receive a $23 discount on their first month as a member, paying $99 instead of $122. If they join membership through any other Share Link that directs them to a landing page (home page, About Membership page, etc), they will become a member at the regular price.
You receive commissions on whatever amount they purchase at. If they purchase through the promo shopping cart, you'll receive 18% of $99 for the first month, and the 18% of $122 thereafter, for as long as they remain a member. 

2) Affiliate Agreement Terms & Conditions

We have a no tolerance policy on the promotion of HealedLovedFed and Urban Yoga Chicago in any way that is fraudulent, untrue, or reflects poorly on UYC and/or HLF. Promotion should only happen on your own space (website, social media, newsletter, etc), and not on any discount sites or in pay-per-click advertising, etc.

Next to your link, you must clearly state that you are an affiliate, and by making a purchase through this link, you are compensated as an affiliate. 

This partnership is strictly between Affiliate and Urban Yoga Chicago/ HealedLovedFed, and does not pass through to third parties.
