Hi! We're the founders of HealedLovedFed. We''ve done the work the hard way (we're stubborn), crossing every shaky bridge imaginable, so that we can hold your hand and make your walk safer, a little easier, and a lot less lonely.

Through Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, key wellness tools, and with peer and mentor support, we help you access your innate strength and ability to relax into yourself and pursue the life that you want.
